Corporate Identity

In today's market, visual consistency is fundamental for any company. A team with uniform, professional portraits does more than just improve the aesthetics of an "About Us" page or LinkedIn profiles; it communicates an organized structure and a solid brand identity. At Batwomanhub, we understand that every professional has a unique personality, but all must align under the overarching values of the organization.

Our corporate portrait methodology in central Madrid focuses on efficiency and precision. We recognize that the time of an executive or a technical team is limited, which is why we optimize every minute of the session to achieve flawless results without disrupting the workday more than necessary. We utilize controlled lighting that flatters the physiognomy of each subject, removing distractions and highlighting professional confidence.

Our 4-Step Workflow

01

Visual Planning

We define the background (white, grey, dark, or environmental), the framing, and the lighting tone according to your company's brand identity.

02

Capture Session

We execute individual shots. We guide each person in posture and expression to achieve a balance between authority and approachability.

03

Selection & Curation

The client chooses the final images through our private online gallery, ensuring that every portrait is exactly as desired.

04

Final Post-Production

We apply professional retouching to the selected images and deliver files in formats optimized for both web and press.

Who is this service for?

Corporate portraiture is a versatile tool that adapts to different professional profiles and organizational needs. It is specifically designed for:

  • Executives and Directors: For senior management profiles requiring an image of leadership, trust, and serenity for annual reports or media appearances.
  • Sales and Consulting Teams: Professionals who are the visible face of the company and need to generate an immediate connection of trust with the client.
  • Startups and Tech Companies: Teams seeking a modern, dynamic, and less rigid image while maintaining a high standard of professional quality.
  • Freelancers and Independent Professionals: Solo practitioners wishing to elevate their personal brand to compete in demanding markets.
  • Boards of Directors: To maintain visual uniformity across the company's institutional presentations.

Session Dynamics in the Studio

Every corporate portrait session takes place in our 120 m² studio located in the Centro district of Madrid. The dynamic begins with a brief consultation regarding the objective of the photographs. If we are dealing with a large team, we organize a streamlined flow where each employee is allocated a specific time slot for their capture, avoiding crowding and unnecessary wait times.

We utilize a hybrid lighting system (impulse and constant) that allows us to preview the exact light on the subject's face. Our lead photographer, Sergio Ortega Pérez, supervises the posture, clothing adjustments, and facial expression, ensuring there are no harsh shadows or forced gestures. This meticulous approach guarantees that, regardless of the number of people, the quality remains consistent across the entire batch of images.

Client Preparation

To achieve a high-quality result, we recommend that professionals follow these guidelines before arriving at our Calle de Fuencarral studio:

Regarding attire, it is preferable to avoid very small patterns or fine stripes that can cause the "moiré" effect on digital screens. Neutral and solid colors usually perform well, although we recommend aligning with the corporate brand's color palette. It is essential that clothing is perfectly pressed; while digital retouching can correct temporary skin imperfections, deep wrinkles in fabric require significantly more editing time and can affect the natural look of the image.

We suggest bringing an alternative jacket or accessory if different levels of formality are required. For makeup, we recommend a natural, matte style to avoid unwanted reflections under the studio lights. If you have questions about color coordination, you can consult our pricing and advice guide where we detail the importance of visual preparation.

Deliverables and Final Results

Upon completion of the selection process, the client receives a structured digital package. We do not provide RAW files, as the value of the service lies in the professional post-production. The deliverables include:

  • High-Resolution JPEG Files: Ideal for printing in brochures, business cards, or corporate signage.
  • Web-Optimized Versions: Images with reduced file size and dimensions suitable for LinkedIn profiles, email signatures, and team sections on websites.
  • Online Gallery: Private access for the period established in our business rules for downloading the files.
  • Professional Retouching: Cleaning of temporary imperfections, white balance adjustment, and tonal correction.

Delivery Times and Deadlines

Efficiency is key in the corporate world. Once the session is finished, the process follows a strict calendar: the selection gallery is enabled shortly after the shoot so the client can choose their photographs. Following the confirmation of the selection, the final delivery deadline for retouched images is 10 working days.

For high-volume projects (teams of more than 10 people), we can agree on a staggered delivery schedule. It is important to remember that the response time for delivery inquiries is 24 working hours, ensuring that no company's visual communication is left unattended.

What is NOT included in the service

To avoid misunderstandings, we clarify that the corporate portrait service does not include the following points unless contracted as additional services:

  • Makeup and Hair Styling: The client must arrive at the studio already prepared.
  • Wardrobe Rental: Clothing is the sole responsibility of the professional being photographed.
  • Advanced Retouching: We do not perform structural changes to physiognomy (changing facial features or deep body modifications), as the goal is a professional and honest representation of the subject.
  • Physical Printing: The service is strictly digital.
  • Travel Expenses: The indicated prices are for sessions conducted at our Madrid studio.

Frequently Asked Questions about Corporate Portraits

How much time should each employee dedicate to the session?

Normally, an efficient individual session lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the number of backgrounds and clothing changes required.

Can we coordinate the session for the entire team on the same day?

Yes, this is highly recommended to maintain lighting consistency. We organize a schedule of appointments so that the flow of people is constant and does not interfere with your office work.

What happens if an employee is not satisfied with their photo?

During the session, the photographer reviews the shots with the subject. If there is a technical detail to be corrected after the final delivery, we resolve it within the established delivery deadlines.

How is payment managed for companies?

We request a 30% deposit to reserve the date. The remainder is invoiced upon completion of the work, with a payment term of 15 days for B2B clients.
