Booking and Management
How can I book a session at the studio?
To make a reservation, please complete the form on our contact page or email us at [email protected]. Once we confirm the availability of your requested date and time, we will proceed with the booking management. Please note that the date is only definitively blocked upon receipt of the required deposit.
Is an advance payment required to secure the appointment?
Yes, to confirm any session or studio rental, we require a deposit of 30% of the total service value. This amount guarantees the use of the space and the time of the professional team, and it is subsequently deducted from the final invoice cost.
What happens if I need to change the date of my session?
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. We allow the rescheduling of the session date free of charge, provided that you notify us at least 3 days in advance. If the change is requested outside of this period, the deposit may be affected as stipulated in our terms of service.
How are cancellations handled?
Cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible. If the cancellation occurs more than 3 days in advance, we will manage the refund or credit of the deposit depending on the case. For late cancellations, the 30% deposit is non-refundable to cover the studio's opportunity costs.
Preparation and Process
What should I bring on the day of the session?
For portraits, we recommend clothing in neutral colors and avoiding excessively bright patterns. In the case of product photography, the client must deliver the items properly packed. For more details, please consult our knowledge base where we have specific preparation guides.
Can children attend the sessions? What is the policy?
We are happy to conduct children's and family sessions. For safety and studio regulations, the attendance of children is permitted only if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire time they remain on the premises.
Does the studio have changing rooms or a makeup area?
Yes, we have an area equipped for changing clothes and makeup, ensuring the privacy and comfort of our clients before moving to the photography set.
How does the workflow during the session develop?
We begin with a brief discussion to align expectations and visual style. Then we proceed to image capture, where the photographer guides the pose and lighting. At the end, we coordinate the image selection process for subsequent editing.
Delivery and Retouching
How long does it take to deliver the photographs?
The standard delivery time for the final edited material is 10 business days from the date of the session or from the receipt of the final image selection from the client.
How many photographs are included in the retouching service?
Our standard packages include the delivery of 5 photographs with advanced retouching. If you wish for additional edited images, you can contract extra retouching services according to the current rate in our services section.
Will I receive the RAW (unedited original) files?
As a general rule, we do not deliver RAW files, as they represent the unfinished work phase of the artist. However, the delivery of originals can be agreed upon beforehand under specific conditions and an additional cost, subject to contract.
In what format are the images delivered?
Photographs are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format for printing and in an optimized version for social media and web use. Access is provided through a private online gallery.
Rights and Privacy
Who owns the copyright to the photos?
In accordance with intellectual property law, the author of the photograph retains the moral and authorship rights. The client is granted a usage license for the purposes agreed upon in the contracted service. For extensive commercial uses, please consult our terms of service.
Can you use my photos in the studio portfolio?
We will always request your explicit consent before publishing any image on our website or social networks. You have the right to deny this permission without it affecting the quality of the service provided, in accordance with our privacy policy.
How long does the studio keep the images?
We maintain a security archive with your images and originals for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee the availability of the material, so we recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately.
How is personal data managed?
We treat your data strictly for appointment management, billing, and material delivery. We do not provide data to third parties unrelated to the operation of the service. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, and erasure by writing to [email protected].
Payments and Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and card payments. The initial deposit is made via transfer or a secure payment gateway to formalize the reservation.
How does billing work for companies (B2B)?
For corporate clients and companies, we issue detailed invoices with a breakdown of VAT (21%). The payment term for B2B invoices is 15 calendar days from the date of issuance of the final invoice.
Do the published prices include taxes?
Yes, all prices shown on our website for end customers include the corresponding VAT. In the price table for each service, you can see the breakdown between the net amount and the final amount with taxes.
What happens if the work requires more hours than budgeted?
If it is agreed during the session to extend the working time, the additional cost will be calculated based on the hourly rate of the contracted service and will be added to the final invoice.
It is important to remember that all photographs shown on our website are illustrations of our work and technical capabilities. The final result of each session depends on the specific requirements, lighting, and the collaboration of the client during the day.
