The entity responsible for the processing of your personal data is Batwomanhub S.L., with a share capital of 3,000 €, under the direction of Carmen Torres Díaz, located at Calle de Fuencarral, 142, 28004 Madrid. 2. Data Collected and Purpose

We process data that you provide voluntarily through the following channels:

  • Photography sessions: Contact details and, where applicable, personal images required to execute the requested service.

The purpose of this processing is the administrative management of services, client communication, and compliance with our terms of service.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), based on:

  1. The explicit consent of the user provided upon submitting a contact form.
  2. The execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (appointment management).
  3. Compliance with legal obligations under the LSSI-CE and the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007).

4. International Transfers and Third Parties

To ensure the technical operation of the website, we use the following providers:

  • FormSubmit: A service used to process contact forms. Data is transmitted to servers located in the United States. FormSubmit ensures the secure handling of information, although the user acknowledges the nature of this international transfer when using the form.
  • Arsys Internet S.L.U.: Our hosting provider located at C/ Madre de Dios 21, 26004 Logroño (La Rioja), responsible for the technical infrastructure.

Consent for the storage of user preferences is managed via the btwm-consent key in the browser's localStorage for a period of 180 days.

5. Retention Periods

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes. Digital archives and communications are kept according to company rules: contact records are maintained for the duration of an active commercial relationship, and image files are stored for a period of 6 months after final delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, limitation, or portability of your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, please send a written request to [email protected] providing proof of identity.

7. Supervisory Authority and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the application of this policy shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
