1. Subject and Scope of Application

This document regulates the provision of photographic services and studio rental by Batwomanhub S.L., with a share capital of 3,000 €, under the direction of Carmen Torres Díaz, located at Calle de Fuencarral, 142, 28004 Madrid. These terms apply to all clients, whether individuals or legal entities, who contract the services detailed on the website batwomanhub.digital.

2. Booking and Contracting Process

Service requests are formalized via the contact form or email ([email protected]). A booking is not considered confirmed until the client has paid the corresponding deposit. For sessions involving minors, the presence of a parent or legal guardian is mandatory throughout the entire working session.

3. Rates, Taxes, and Payments

All prices published on the website include VAT at 21% in accordance with current Spanish legislation. To secure the booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the session or as previously agreed.

For B2B clients (companies), the established payment term is 15 calendar days after the issuance of the invoice. For more details on how payment data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

The client may reschedule their session at no additional cost provided they notify the studio at least 3 days in advance. In the event of cancellations made outside this period or failure to attend the appointment, the 30% deposit will be non-refundable.

5. Execution, Delivery, and Retouching

The delivery period for the final files is 10 working days after the client has selected the images. Each session includes a standard set of 5 photographs with advanced retouching; any additional images will be quoted separately.

Original files (RAW) are not delivered unless specifically agreed upon in a contract. Batwomanhub S.L. will keep files in its digital archive for a period of 6 months, after which availability is not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property and Image Rights

In accordance with Intellectual Property Law, the moral rights and ownership of the photographs belong to the photographer. The client is granted a usage license for personal or corporate purposes depending on the service contracted.

The publication of images in the Batwomanhub S.L. portfolio requires the express consent of the client. For the processing of biometric data and image consent, please refer to the DPA.

7. Liability and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). In compliance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
