The work dynamic at Batwomanhub prioritizes naturalness over rigidity. We utilize our cyclorama and rooms equipped with constant and impulse lighting to create atmospheres ranging from minimalist and bright to more intimate and contrasted. Our lead photographer, Sergio Ortega Pérez, guides the family with gentle instructions, avoiding the forced poses that often create tension in children.

With a total area of 120 m² and ceilings of 4.5 m, our space allows families to move freely without feeling confined. The use of professional lighting ensures that skin tones remain natural and the composition is balanced, regardless of the number of people in the frame. The process is fluid and adjusted to the biological rhythm of the minors to prevent irritability or excessive fatigue.

To achieve high-quality results, we recommend our clients follow a few simple but effective guidelines. First, regarding attire: we suggest neutral or coordinated colors that do not compete with each other or distract attention from the faces. Avoid large logos or very aggressive patterns that may quickly become dated.

For children, it is fundamental that they arrive rested and fed. A photo session can be stimulating, and a child who is hungry or sleepy tends to be less cooperative. We recommend bringing their favorite toys or an object with sentimental value they wish to include in the photos, as this helps break the ice and generates genuine interactions.

It is important to remember that, according to our internal rules, children's sessions are conducted strictly in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

Upon completion of the post-production process, the client receives a complete digital package. This includes the selected photographs in high-resolution JPEG format, optimized for large-format printing, and a version optimized for use on social networks and mobile devices.

Access is provided through a private online gallery that remains active for the period stipulated in our conditions. This system allows for simple and secure image downloads. The photographs undergo a digital development process where we adjust exposure, white balance, and contrast to ensure a professional and consistent aesthetic throughout the series.

Punctuality is a pillar of our service. The delivery deadline for the final images is 10 business days after the client has selected the photos. This time allows us to dedicate the necessary attention to every detail of the retouching.

In each standard session, we include professional retouching for 5 photographs. Retouching involves correcting temporary imperfections (such as a small scratch on a child's skin or a stray hair), always maintaining the natural appearance of the person. We do not perform deep anatomical alterations, as we believe in the beauty of family reality.

Regarding original files, Batwomanhub maintains a backup archive of the images for a period of 6 months. After this time, the files are deleted from our servers to guarantee privacy and optimize space, so we strongly recommend downloading and backing up your photos immediately upon delivery.

To avoid misunderstandings, we clarify that the standard session does not include professional makeup or wardrobe rental; these services must be managed externally by the client. Likewise, the delivery of RAW files (digital negatives) is not included in the standard price; these files are the photographer's raw material and are only provided under specific, paid agreements.

The session also does not include physical printing of photographs or the creation of albums, although we deliver files with the resolution necessary for the client to print them at any professional laboratory of their choice.
