Professional Portrait Photography

Your image is your primary tool for communication. We create portraits that convey authenticity, strength, and character in our Madrid studio.

A portrait is not merely a technical capture, but an interpretation of a personality. At Batwomanhub, we specialize in extracting the most honest version of every individual.

Portrait photography requires a precise balance between lighting technique and the psychology of the subject. In our 120 m² space in the center of Madrid, we have the necessary technology to adapt light to the morphology and the message that each client wishes to project, whether it be a close and natural image or a dramatic and sophisticated composition.

We understand that posing in front of a camera can be intimidating. Therefore, our approach is based on active direction and comfort. We do not seek artificial poses, but genuine gestures that reflect who the person behind the gaze is, ensuring that the final result is consistent with the client's identity.

Work Process in 4 Steps

01

Consultation and Concept

We analyze the objective of the photographs and define the aesthetics, wardrobe, and the most appropriate type of lighting for the desired result.

02

Directed Session

We perform the capture in the studio using our impulse and constant lighting equipment, guiding the subject in every gesture and angle.

03

Image Selection

The client receives a private gallery to choose their favorite shots that will proceed to the post-production and final retouching process.

04

Retouching and Delivery

We apply professional editing and deliver the final high-resolution files through a secure download platform.

Who is this service ideal for?

Our portrait sessions are designed for individuals who need a professional yet human image. This includes entrepreneurs looking to humanize their personal brand, artists who require a visually coherent portfolio, or anyone who wishes to preserve a high-quality technical visual memory.

We also work with profiles seeking a visual transformation for their social networks or professional profiles, where controlled studio lighting makes the difference between a casual photo and an image that projects authority and confidence.

How the session is developed

Once the appointment time arrives, we begin with a brief chat to break the ice and adjust the final details of the concept. The use of our cyclorama and the ceiling height of 4.5 m allows us to play with overhead angles or infinite backgrounds, depending on the intention of the photo.

During the session, Sergio Ortega Pérez, our lead photographer, uses a combination of lights to sculpt the face and body, avoiding unwanted shadows or highlighting specific features according to the client's preference. The session is dynamic and adjusts to the pace of the person being photographed.

Client preparation

To optimize studio time, we recommend that the client brings wardrobe that is already ironed and coordinated. It is fundamental to avoid very complex patterns or excessively large logos that may distract attention from the face, unless it is part of the concept.

We suggest resting well the night before and maintaining proper hydration so that the skin looks natural. For a detailed guide on clothing, makeup, and attitude, we invite you to read our guide on how to prepare for your portrait session.

Deliverables and final results

At the end of the process, the client receives an optimized digital package. This includes full-size JPEG files for large-format printing and optimized versions for use on digital platforms and social networks.

Delivery is carried out through an online gallery available for a limited time, where images can be downloaded easily and quickly. We do not deliver RAW files by default, as the post-production work is an essential part of our visual signature.

Delivery times and deadlines

The workflow is organized to guarantee quality without excessive delays. Once the client has selected the final photographs, the delivery time for the retouched images is 10 business days.

In urgent cases, we can agree on reduced deadlines through an additional charge, although we recommend respecting the retouching time to ensure that every detail of the skin and colorimetry is perfect.

What is NOT included in the service

It is important to clarify that the portrait photography service does not include wardrobe rental, professional makeup services, or hairstyling, unless contracted externally. It also does not include physical printing of photographs or graphic design for advertising materials.

Travel outside the Madrid studio is not included in these rates; any outdoor session requires a personalized budget based on the location.
