Our rental facilities are geared towards technical profiles who already master lighting and seek a controlled environment. It is the optimal solution for fashion photographers requiring a clean cyclorama for infinite backgrounds, or content creators needing a professional base to record corporate videos or studio-quality interviews.

Furthermore, it is a fundamental resource for advertising agencies coordinating rapid sessions with multiple models and needing a central point in Madrid (Centro area) to facilitate logistics and collaborator access. We also support advanced photography students who need to experiment with impulse and constant lighting equipment in a real-world working environment.

Operations at Batwomanhub are based on the photographer's autonomy. When renting the room, the professional has total control over the arrangement of light modifiers and the configuration of the space. We feature 2 rooms and a cyclorama that allow for production segmentation: while one area is used for makeup or wardrobe changes, the other is used for image capture.

The workflow is fluid thanks to the ample ceiling height (4.5 m), which prevents flashes or softboxes from interfering with the frame during overhead or low-angle shots. Access is direct, and the space is designed to minimize visual noise, ensuring that focus remains exclusively on the subject and the light.

To optimize rental time, we recommend that clients arrive with a "shot list" or a defined lighting plan. Since time is billed by the hour, clarity regarding the necessary light schemes avoids unnecessary technical delays during the session.

It is essential for the client to review our studio rental rules and equipment guide before visiting. If the production involves materials that may stain the cyclorama (paints, liquids, powders), this must be notified in advance to coordinate subsequent cleaning or the use of specific protectors. Additionally, we recommend bringing any highly specialized accessories not included in our standard lighting inventory.

Unlike our photography services where we execute the capture, in the rental modality, the final result is the exclusive property of the client. The "deliverable" is the physical and technical access to the space during the contracted time.

The client retains all captures made, maintaining total control over RAW files and post-production. Our responsibility ends by providing an impeccable technical environment, with functional lighting and a clean space that allows the client to achieve the professional quality standards required for their own final delivery.

Rental time begins exactly at the reserved hour and ends at the agreed time. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to organize the entry of equipment without consuming session time. In case of exceeding the schedule, an additional charge per hour fraction will apply, subject to the availability of the next booking.

We understand that productions can face unforeseen events. Therefore, we allow a free rescheduling of the booking date provided it is requested at least 3 days in advance. Changes made within a shorter window may result in the loss of the 30% deposit, as stipulated in our terms of service.

It is important to clarify that studio rental is an infrastructure service, not a production service. Therefore, the following elements are not included in the base rate:

• Technical assistance from a photographer or lighting technician (available as an additional service upon request).
• Makeup, hair, or styling services.
• Model casting or talent management.
• Post-production, digital developing, or retouching of the captured images.
• Supply of specific consumables (custom paper backgrounds that need to be cut).

Our rates are designed to be transparent and competitive within the Madrid market. The calculation base is the occupancy time of the space. For B2B clients (companies), we offer a payment term of 15 days after the invoice is issued, while for individuals, payment must be completed before or immediately after the session.

All presented rates include the 21% VAT applicable in Spain. For companies requiring a breakdown for accounting purposes, we indicate the base price excluding tax.

By reserving our room, the client has access to a complete technical ecosystem to avoid transporting heavy equipment:
